I have really bad acne around my mouth and forehead. Also I have it on my chest and shoulder/back area. But my doctor gave me medicine about two days ago and i hope it will help. Do you eat a diet high in processed carbs like sugary desserts, soft drinks and “white” foods like white bread, potatoes and pasta that lack fiber? These types of carbohydrates are rapidly absorbed by your digestive tract, causing insulin levels to quickly rise and protein called insulin-like growth factor, or IGF-1, to go up. Repeat at morning before bath and evening before sleep. You would see miracles in less than four days tops a week. Plus it lightens the skin making it glow.

Use ice. Ice is Mother Nature’s gift to skin care. If you feel any new pimples developing, hold ice wrapped in tissue on the area for 5minutes on, 5minutes off for about 30minutes. Repeat this as often as you can. This can severely reduce the likelihood that pimple will continue as it was – it may entirely disappear or at least be much smaller by the time it reaches the surface.
