Yes Toothpaste and Ice also work. If you are using toothpaste I would recommend Colgate. Make sure also that if your using toothpaste make sure not to use gel. The ice works you have to hold it on for 10-20 minutes at a time. I hope you found this very helpful! ☺

I’m going to try the honey remedy. After I try that for the half an hour thing I’m going to take my shower and before bed use the ice and toothpaste trick (classic).Hopefully after trying this for three weeks it will solve all my problems.
